DiamondSafe.com Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipments
1 All domestic orders up to $5000 will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day at no additional charge. Orders under $250 will be shipped via FedEx Ground for a charge of $7.95. You may upgrade to overnight shipping for a $25 fee. For all orders under $250, the $25 is in addition to the standard $7.95 shipping charge. All orders over $5000 will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight at no additional charge. A majority of DiamondSafe.com pieces are made to order, so please allow at least 3-7 business days for assembly prior to the shipment of your package.
2 Priority deliveries are usually made in the morning hours, however, the time frame does vary by zip code. You may contact your local FedEx office for further assistance or visit http://www.fedex.com for more information. DiamondSafe.com does not under any circumstance disclose the tracking number for any shipment that has been made to either a business or a residence. If you have any inquiries regarding the whereabouts of your package please contact us at 1-800-437-8444 and a sales associate will be happy to track your order for you.
3 For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. No refunds will be given for shipments if an attempt to deliver was made.
4 If your package is a surprise and you do not want to ship it to your home address, we can always arrange to ship it to the nearest FedEx location where you can pick it up.
5 DiamondSafe.com does not authorize re-routing to an alternate address on any package. If you have your package re-routed to a different address you will be charged a re-routing fee of $20.00 and DiamondSafe.com will not be held responsible.
6 The shipping address provided in your order is the address your package will be sent. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and an address correction must be made for delivery you will be charged an address correction fee of $15.00.
7 Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $15.


International Shipments
1 All Canadian and overseas shipments are sent via Federal Express priority overnight. These shipments typically take 1 or 2 days to arrive at the designated country and approximately 2 more days to clear customs. Please note that delivery times will vary by country.
2 Canadian deliveries are $75 and overseas shipments are $100 which includes insurance for the value of your purchase.
3 Your local customs agency will notify you upon the arrival of your package. Once all applicable duties are paid your package will be released and shipped to its final destination.
4 DiamondSafe.com is not responsible for any duties or VAT charged to you by your local customs agency. Please contact your local agency before placing an order since prices will vary according to country.
5 International Shipping charges are not refundable.
6 On all international orders the billing address and shipping address must be the same.


APO & FPO Shipments
1 Due to recent changes in available delivery methods to APO and FPO addresses, all such packages will be sent, fully insured, via Registered Mail. Please be aware that delivery can take 4-6 weeks.
