DiamondSafe.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. In order to protect you, our customers, DiamondSafe.com has in place a number of security procedures to verify that the card is being used properly.
On all orders over $5000, and on some orders where we cannot verify your information independently, we will ask you to participate in a conference call with the issuing bank. We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation in this process. On all international orders (including Canada and Puerto Rico) we require that you fax or e-mail proof of address along with a copy of the front and back of your credit card. Shipping charges on international orders are non-refundable. |
| Personal Checks Money Orders Wire Transfers Certified Checks |
Payments made by personal check, money orders, wire transfers or certified bank checks must be in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and bank checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal checks must have the customer's name and address imprinted on the front of the check. Please make your check payable to DiamondSafe.com and mail to: D-Safe.com 42 W 48th St. Suite 904 New York, NY 10036 Please note that when paying by personal check or wire transfer we cannot process your order until the funds clear our bank. This can take up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your payment. (By including your bank’s phone number, you can expedite this process.) If we do not receive your payment within 1 week of placing the order, your order will be cancelled. When paying by wire transfer, we must have bank confirmation that funds were received, and you are responsible for all wire transfer fees. (Please check with your bank about these fees.)
