b. The poem must contain the word diamond or diamonds.
c. All poems must be Mother’s Day / Motherly Themed.
d. Poems must not exceed 40 lines.
e. The author's name must not appear on any work but must be entered on the application form.
f. Poems can only be submitted via the electronic web form on Diamondsafe.com’s website.
g. No international copyright laws may have been breached in the composition or entry of the poem.
h. The applications must be created specifically for this competition.
i. All applicants must submit full and valid name, email address & phone number.
j. Applications that exclude required files such that judges are unable to run them will be disqualified.
k. Entries will not be returned to contestants so please keep a copy.
l. Receipt of entries will only be acknowledged by relevant 'Thank You' page from the website.
m. Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.
n. Family members of employees at DiamondSafe.com are not allowed to enter.
o. Poems and Winners will be judged by the management team of DiamondSafe.com.
